Chatbots Save Companies 30%

14 October 2024
The new star of the marketing technology world, the chatbot, is becoming one of brands' most important tools for serving end users better. Chatbot applications provide savings of up to 30 percent in customer support spending. The chatbots produced by SmartMessage, which stands out with its investments in chatbot technology, can even measure customer satisfaction from the selfies customers take.
SmartMessage, which operates with more than 100 employees in six offices worldwide and provides omni-channel digital marketing technologies for institutions, is one of the first brands to produce chatbots at corporate level in Türkiye and draws attention to the recent increase in demand. A chatbot market worth 1.25 billion dollars will form in 2025.
While mobile internet users around the world move their communication to apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, chatbot technology gives companies the chance to interact with their customers on these platforms. The global chatbot market is expected to reach 1.25 billion dollars by 2025, and as chatbots give customers fast information and transactions, their weight in customer relationship management increases every day.
According to research firm Gartner's forecasts, by 2022 70 percent of white-collar employees will interact with chatbots on a daily basis. SmartMessage CEO Oğuz Küçükbarak says the growing popularity of chatbots is no surprise and adds: "As a brand that carried out and launched the first prototype work in Türkiye before the chatbot era, the increase in interest was something we expected. In our country the banking and finance sector we work closely with makes a difference in adopting and implementing new technologies."
Noting that chatbots will improve further in areas such as holding more natural dialogues and understanding language better, Oğuz Küçükbarak says: "Advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, image recognition and natural language processing will further increase the customer experience quality of chatbots. At SmartMessage, for example, we use Microsoft's LUIS infrastructure for natural language processing to help our customers give their audiences better experiences. The bots we produce can understand the customer's satisfaction level from the selfie they send."
