Where do I find my transaction number?
The transaction number is printed on the receipt given when the money is sent. For transfers made in the app it also appears in your transaction history.
Why is a surname required for the query?
For security: if the number alone were enough, anyone who knew it could see the transaction. That is why two details are required together.
My transaction did not appear in the query — what should I do?
Check the transaction number and the spelling of the surname. If the transfer is very recent it may take a short while to appear. If nothing changes, call 444 28 18 or visit your nearest Faturamatik point.
How does the recipient collect the money?
For cash pickup the recipient goes to the nearest point with their ID and receives the money once the details are verified. For transfers to an account, card or wallet the amount goes straight to the destination.
